@Ernesto CorreaIt appears that HELOC's interest rate is hovering around 6%.This interest rate seems very attractive to most alternatives.Regarding the deduction for tax purposes - Previously, you were able to take out a HELOC and the interest expense was deductible aslong as you itemized your deduction.

Implies a 6% interest rate.What you propose may appear easier, but the math doesn't check out...

Their SEER (~23) and HSPF (~10-11) ratings are behind the industry leaders.Their Infinity Line looks very much like other house brands manufactured by Gree (appearance and specs line-up) and boast/claim a SEER ratings of 30-42 and HSPF of (10-15) ... though their noise rating are still akin to a loud dishwasher.  

Why would you as a seller create what appears to be a fire sale of duplexes in the area????!!!!

This year we have sold 150 homes across CONUS and rented all of them to military members by using the base housing partnership program.

But keep in mind in both cases, these guru make most of their money selling their training programs (Grant selling sales training and Dave selling financial responsibility). 

Although it appears that the cashflow in Pittsburgh PA could be good its always easier than it looks.

As far as running their background, there are a couple international programs that can do it, but I'd rather just verify visa, proof of income, and verify with the school or with their employer. 

I am trying to get rid of some debt so I joined a program that says will help me do that but I had to stop making payments to my creditors.

Not many have rehab programs so you may need to make a lot of calls.
