I have implemented the same cool graphs and data ranges that you see here while improving upon the income and expense assumptions you can make to accurately gauge your property.

When I was starting out in what asset class to invest in we found most of these courses are high level information that can be found free on BP or youtube, with high pressure sales where they will provide you a "coach" and some fancy software for the price of getting a graduate degree.  

A good way to deal with it if you are planning on removing it is to pressure wash it off.

It takes the pressure off of needing to use the place X times per year. also, it forced us to operate it as a business.

Curious to know your metrics for gauging market demand in s.s. unit count per resident/household compilation. 

We don't want to gauge just because because we can and also the increase in cash flow is tiny compared to the cost in turn over. 

Your idea on moving homes is great, as long as you can take the added pressure.

You can use these metrics as a tool to gauge interest and then follow up with the people who opened and clicked on the email. 

This will take a ton of pressure and risk off of the deal.
