What corporate service company have you used that can form the entity, perform registered agent and registered office service?

Would a police report be available or a fire report to get an idea of the damage? 

I know the mortgage officer personally, they don’t sell off their loans so you can always call and talk to either the mortgage officer, her assistant, or they will get you to someone else if need be.

I like the way k-1 income or officer comp is treated much better than wages/salaries tax-wise but be sure to consult a tax pro. 

Last but not least, I'd reach out to some mortgage loan officers and real estate agents and see if either of those fields interest you.
