@Canesha Edwards I agree with @Rush Wall it is very competitive but I am seeing a lot opportunity there still if you can jump in at the right price.

Also if the properties are vacant on either side there may be an opportunity to buy those properties since the owners are probably not paying their taxes.

I couldn't find any local meet ups or local groups in the area which was surprising because after looking at the Cedar Rapids area appears there is a lot of opportunity but I'm not an expert either.Thank you all.

We have purchased 30 SFR since 2015 and prefer this method of investing far and away more than any other opportunity.

If you're going to be stressed like this, you might as well have the opportunity to obtain an unlimited income.

I grew up in the area and think there's a lot of opportunity here, if you know where to look (and which spots to avoid at all costs!)
