I need to hear from people that know literally anything about this topic and their opinions on my game plan since i know nothing but am smart enough to realize that i know nothing.

I am going to have a professional inspector come out as I had a very thorough one recommended to me recently, just wanted some opinions from those more experienced.

For the multi-unit, I would also gather other agents opinions in the area to see if the overall thesis on the area is a negative one.

I certainly have a strong opinion about those.

While I was living on 2nd St I had a representative from the city commisioner asking to speak to the owner of the property b/c they were doing a poll of owners on their opinions if they wanted it a 2 way street or not in that Midtown/Uptown area.

You could ask a dozen different professionals and they would all give you a different answer and mostly it is based on opinion.

Just my opinion but Vegas is overpriced again ready for a bust.

With my hectic schedule I am also very interested in "turn key" property management so I would like to get some opinions on that as well.
