I'm considering renting out each bedroom separately but want to get some tips an advise on leases, check-in/out, etc.

You can cashflow here on 4 units and if on the north side the tenants are so good you can even manage it remotely with a handyman.

I am now looking to get the proper STR insurance on the unit.

Them move on to an agent listing.BE CAREFUL! 

But will this type of loan work on this property?  

Any tips or opinions on this topic would be much obliged!

If you plan on short term rentals for condos in those area, make sure you do your due diligence!

Any tips on structuring deals or ensuring a smooth process would be greatly appreciated?
