Thank you so much @Walter Minja and Sean C. thats what I will do is further my growth in educating myself. 

I have always wanted to be a part of that growth, but was never able to at the level I really wanted. 

You have the power to control real estate with a piece of paper with words on it  providing you know what words to use and now to connect them.Understanding formulas and clauses is important to the success and growth of an investor.Having a number of ways to control real estate makes the task of profiting in this business less stressful. 

But the growth there is not as good as Auckland, which is the best place for Capital growth in NZ but has the worse rent to purchase price ratio.

Job growth, income growth, low vacancy, etc.  

I'm currently buying and holding properties for long term growth.  

It's a brick house in a rural area of a small town that doesn't seem to have a lot of growth.

if you were born and grew up there you would see a bunch of opportunities there because of its diversity and population growth.  

When you reach about five properties two things happen: number one your cashflow starts to become significant enough to fuel future growth and downpayments without the income from a W2 job.

Just make sure your selected niche(s) and market are in a diverse area in the economy and have population growth.
