Keep in mind that if lenders offer cash-out refinances after 12 months seasoning (some do 6 months), you can use the Lending Club funds for acquisition to snatch a great deal, then refinance out into better rates later.

I own a ground maintenance company and with it's seasonality it allows for a whole winter season to research new real estate deals.Hope this helps in some way.

It is normal for a house to slightly "shift" during season changes around here, but I don't think things like that are making our insurance rates dramatically more.
