Hello - This is our first investment property, and we're excited/anxious to get into the multi-family space.

Looking at the photos, it appears like there was once a garage on that side of the house and it was converted to living space.

Well they paid this one man to pick up trash during the week and go around and draw lines for parking spaces or fix anything that would break in three small food area that they also offered if customers got hungry or Thirsty.

I would really be interested to hear and to see what others in the space would say and or think.
