Shari, I think you are right about the judge.I'd proceed with great caution with a title plant/closing agency that thinks they can originate loans, not the case IMO.

But I doubt it, but hope so.The IRS, as Brian has sent me some info, but I haven't had a chance to review it, I can see will be applying to tax issues of credits and costs of acquisition, credits at closing, etc, I can see and imagine that.Unless those agencies have changed underwriting what we have is this; let's say you agree to give 10K in credits, the lender says at the time of the loan, the fair market value was higher and the borrower looses 2,500 in purchase credits.

As a Realtor, the highest price may well be with an investor, especially for one that can't be retailed.Yes, you are required to disclose your agency/license at the first opportunity when acting for yourself or as an agent in any real estate activity.

I think you can try to dispute through the credit agency and the party with the negative entry has I think 30 days to respond or you can request it be removed.Honestly though probably your best bet is just give it time.
