I'm looking at 8 unit building, and even small mobile home parks.

Mobile home deal: Lot  purchase, moving fees, home purchase and everything was about $40,000Rents for $800, Latest CMA value of $94,000Great school district and all around good area.

We're probably about 2 years behind most of the other prominent funding platforms to date, but we're erring on the side of being conservative with compliance and are not taking venture money to get started.  

As @Andrew Syrios said it is a manufactured home and is located in a Mobile Home park, therefore you only own the home, no land.

I will say that two of my units have stucco siding, and two are mobiles with metal siding.
