You need to be all over this until it is resolved or potentially you could loose your home or be evicted.This is not an uncommon situation and your mortgage company needs to be on it pronto....and you need evidence they have paid the bill.

For example, if a lease defines "reasonable time for notice of entry to conduct maintenance" as "no less than 24 hours but no more that 4,320 hours", I believe a court would be bound to enforce the plain reading of the contract.It has often been said of me, often wrong, but never in doubt.

. - House was purchased brand new in 2016 for $625k- Tolal investment- $0 - Monthy rent recieved- $3000- Morgage w/ HOA - $ 3200 - Property mangment fee - $300- Current value- $900k + I know that loosing $500 isn't a smart move but I have other properties that bring in enough money to cover the loss.
