I am WA state licensed Realtor but i grew up in Surrey, Guildford specifically.  

I am an attorney by education, have broker licenses in both CA and MA, started my own real estate company, and have recently begun to get into investing.

That same year I got a broker license.

Both of us are also Licensed R.E.Agents as well in the State of CT. under the Lisowitch Real Estate Group LLC.  

In some states a licensed and bonded storage facility may be required to force the issue further.
