I have a deal all signed to buy a home sub2 in Pueblo Colorado, but I realized the mortgage is a FHA loan.

As far as repairs and maintenance if your looking for small rehab deals that price range your looking at will be very slim and if you find something in that price would most likely be in your C or D areas, with that being said back to first question are you willing to manage them or not?

This comes into play because then your agent probably has a good idea if the agent on the other end of the deal is someone who is truthful, or a ********ter.

She says she just doesn't want to deal with it anymore as she is elderly and its a hassle for her.
