I have not experienced this yet but I have heard that getting earnest money back even if buyer defaults is as cut and dry as most think.

The truth in lending is a plus for a buyer but why not go further and tell the public the big past melt down was not the big boobo of the buyers in that they were hexed from the beginning in that their mortgage was cut up in pieces and sold everywhere and investors wanted a bigger bang for their buck
