We are lucky enough to work with Keith Shaw & Al Sciola of LAER Realty Group; they introduced us to the property.

Just wanted to stop by to introduce myself and I look forward to connecting with you guys.

Like many people have done before me and will do after, I’ve spent too much time reading the forums, listening to all the podcasts and reading the books without introducing myself and getting involved.

I wanted to reach out to everyone and introduce myself my name is Giancarlo Gonzalez and while I am not new to real  estate as I am a licensed broker I am new to the BP Family and I'm simply just blown away by the amount of knowledge and insight everyone has to offer and share.

I would call around to a few smaller banks, introduce yourself.

I have been here for a few months as a lurker and just never got around to introducing myself.
