If you are interested in investing in Section 8 housing, it's there. 

While at work today I found out an elderly lady is trying to sale her home that she has lived in for 70 years now, but is nervous about leaving.

However I'm a bit nervous about purchasing in a town where there's not much going on.We are foreign investors, strictly purchasing for cash flow - however there's always that lingering thought of non paying tenants, etc. etc. 

He has also designed modular homes and houses so that we maximize the material,  prefab the walls in floors in sections so that its a quicker set up.

Wow was I nervous!

What works for me may not work for you.I don't participate in Section 8.

The good thing is I like their hustle and drive to build their business, however I'm a little nervous about their experience with investors and accurately providing ARV's.

I haven't been able to find many pictures of this being done and I am nervous to try it.
