No experience in real estate particulars though.So far I'm very impressed with BP. 

Just to make it clear, I have rehabbed the house to like new ie, new windows, doors and siding 2015, new driveway 2014, new roof 2013, new appliances 2013, new furnace 2016, new composite deck 2015 west side of house and 2011 east side of house, etc all in an effort to mitigate future expenses. 

Just started dabbling in BP and super impressed with the wealth of information at our fingertips. 

The numbers were not impressive enough for us to invest.  

I have saved 70K for possible renovations / unforeseen costs but was under the impression that other VA loan users had gone about this with 0 down on all properties single or multi.

I've gone to a couple of these and I was impressed with the number of attendees considering they meet every week.  

I've been soaking up the massive wealth on information on here and I must say I'm quite impressed with how knowledgeable most of the members of this forum are.I graduated college last May and currently work in marketing at a financial planning firm that I interned with during school. 

It is under my impression she has maneuvered into his will, but obviously this is just my impression of seeing their interactions and relationship. 

Matt,My office hasn't reached the impressive level of success that Enrique's has (at least not yet).
