They don't want their property anymore, because they live out of state, because they've mismanaged it and it's a pain to keep going, because they are retiring, because her spouse died and he ran it, because they just got a negative health diagnoses, etc.

Nnabuenyi Anigbogu I can tell you about the other side, I was diagnosed with a major medical illness in 01, the medical bills exceeded 600k, I lost everything including my health, but I started building back and then 08 happened.

Just wanted to add that you should be careful with the ozone machine ... here is one link discussing health issues associated with them, but there are many if you do some research.  

Unfortunately, if you are an alcoholic, you are unable to take advantage of the health benefits of alcohol in moderation.

Money is not in itself important, but a health relationship / balance of the flow of money (giving and receiving) can provide you financial stability, freedom, experiences which is important.
