clean well maintained successful business paying regularly?

It can be viewed as brokering deals between a seller and buyer when done with regularity.

Curious about purchasing a property there, with the possibility of renting it out to cover some of the costs.Any help from an investor realtor or regular realtor would be appreciated.

You want to find an agent who regularly insures renovations not just anyone  who can find a policy they think will work.
