But if you change your drivers license, or homestead another property, or really do move somewhere else for a year but claim you lived there you're really pushing it.The only exceptions to the 2 out of 5 involve active military service, a job related transfer, or extraordinary health stuff.

If you're looking for appreciation, the two strongest influences on demand (and appreciation) are population and job growth, so monitor those.If you're looking at which markets are volatile, that is impacted by many variables... population growth, job growth, job/industry diversity, local politics/regulation, development etc...Example: San Antonio's economy and job market is really driven mostly by health care and aerospace.

When a cat isn't using the litterbox it is usually due to a dirty litterbox, some sort of health issue, or the owners is a hoarder and has tons of cats (which really leads back to the first 2 typical reasons).
