One of my main concerns is the fear of people taking advantage of me.

Just more fear than anything.

On the other hand, problems always come up anyway and you will have to solve them so if the location is excellent or there are other compensating factors don't allow fear to stop you from doing the deal.

The problem I fear is dangling debt (like being stuck with a mortgage and stuck in a situation where I am screwed).My Story:I'm in my 30's and was a loser most of my life.

I'm thinking going to sump pump option, but when it rains - i fear it will constantly be running.

I'm fearful that the garage if knocked down will hurt appraisal in the near future.
