Last year we took a trip to California and needless to say we fell in love.

But by calling another reputable company, you would not have saved any money, plus you would have had to pay the first companies trip charge /service fee.

It's my favorite. 

But to me, the up side and my favorite feature is that the tenant can report payments to help build their credit history.

FWIW I bought a house last year with outdoor carpet in the basement and it’s been really good throughout my minor floods (like sump pump breaker trips) .

I didn't mind taking business trips all the way in the south, going from NY to GA several times a year, and then treated royally.

I didn't replace the thermostat, because it was only about a year old at the time... and it failed last week, requiring a Saturday-night trip to replace it.The bathroom had been redone in the past couple of years, so I mostly left it alone.
