I have been researching and growing my knowledge in various aspects of real estate for the past 8-10 months, but no cash to perform.

Starting with the fundamentals and putting in the work to grow capital so that I can expand into other areas is a long term vision. 

Wheat Ridge is growing and attracting some nice businesses.

Do you think that starting with Flipping strategy, growing money, earning more so i can invest more, and than moving to buying properties for Buy and Hold.With the money from flippin turn to buy and hold and rent for cashflow?

I had to make adjustments (fortunately the one that needed the fastest adjustment was on a month to month) which I implemented over a fairly short term ($190 a month increase within 5 months).

It lowers my income threshold for the year and grows tax free until I'm 59.5 years. 

Looking to grow my network & ultimately put togather my first personal investment property.

I am new to the real estate community, looking to learn more about and get involved with low or no money investing and then grow into other avenues of real estate investing.

At that point I will look for more creative solutions to continue growing my portfolio.
