I'm looking forward to meeting some exciting and fascinating people along with furthering my REI ventures. 

However, if I am looking for 10% and you bring me a 15% deal, I am going to jump on it.I suggest building a network of investors and know exactly what they want to get excited and quickly pull the trigger on a deal.

Since then, I’ve become absolutely excited and obsessed with real estate investing, and read numerous books on the subject.The book learning was great, but some things were tough to learn from a book.

But probably most of all, I think instead of trying to craft the elusive single perfect strategy, it's important (in my opinion) to simply get started one way or the other and take that first step.You're at an exciting stage, and I wish you the best!

I get excited when people talk about using self-directed IRAs to purchase cash flowing properties inside their retirement funds.

My wife and I are extremely new to real estate investing, and we are excited to learn as much as we can.
