Well... we have spoken to our accountant and insurance person, have our lending in place, and are meeting with our attorney on next Tuesday to sign our partnership agreement!   Things are moving quick and I am so excited to get started.  it feels like Christmas...now its time for some black friday shopping to find the right deal! Thank you so much to everyone on this site!  I have learned so much over the last few months, thanks in large part to this site.  Have a great day everyone!
