It’s relatively inexpensive and would show effort by all parties that the issue has been addressed should it occur again.

This is also our busy season with athletics, events, graduations & weddings on the horizon, and so this could not have come at a worse time for us also.

In recessions, appreciation will not occur and people will sell their houses, however, rental markets stay strong because those same people selling their houses need a place to live, and they end up renting.
