I thought it could be beneficial if I bought a mixed use property and rented the commercial space to my flipping business as office space. 

I have plans to build an RV&Boat storage with 160 units (a mix of enclosed and open faced), however, the overall price of the steel structures have gone up 20% in the last 12 months.

For cash-flow, I purchase plexes and 5+ unit commercial and mixed-use. 

Whether it is Single-Family homes, Multi-Family homes, mixed use or any other type of property, with such a high demand in Toledo, it rarely stays on the market for a great length of time.

Example: 4-10 units, B-C class area, 1980s build, mostly 2bd/1 bath mix, partially renovated, etc -Expand your geography.

I have an opportunity to have first dibs on a brand new commercial mixed use building - 7500-10000 SqFt in an amazing location, just outside of Boise What I am really asking for is lending adviceIf there was a way to do 15% down that would be idealI can save some money as I am in the Construciton industry and can do aspects like excavation and concrete myself, and I’ll be working directly with architect, engineering and subs Is there any creative financing out there for building likes this?
