Just running the numbers could be dangerous as the projections are often off a bit. 

Bottom line is us humans can have a very selfish & Territorial nature.

Now people that do this but also take the listings if they can't buy it are treading on more dangerous ground.

Some areas are even walkable to the last subway stop in the Bronx although that seems to be the more dangerous area of the city.

@chance @Chance Cooper yes but I have another post about worker comp dangers, so I hired them through a staffing company while legal and legit I didn't have to mess with payroll taxes and workers comp.
