I'm calling a couple other banks tomorrow, but just thought I'd see what you came up with.

This couple does not need more income, they need a budget.I posit that this couple makes $150,000 a year gross annual salary.  

I prefer the relationship and flexibility of community banks even though their terms are not always as good.

I'm looking to hear what some of the bigger pockets community prefers when it comes to your own investment properties?

(When you buy the homes, you negotiate a deal with the owner that you don't pay lot rent while the unit is vacant and get a preferred lot rent when rented, for all your current and future homes)  Once you are set up in the park, market to the other owners in the park and offer to buy from them when they move out.  

Im a wholesaler who has done a couple local deals in Denver but I've had a lot more success wholesaling houses virtually but I still want to invest locally so Ive decided to move my business into Fix and Flipping real estate in Denver and Colorado Springs.

I am in the process of buying another property but I want to check a couple of items in detail.

I would prefer that and consider it.  

I started my journey into wholesaling about a month ago.I have fund my farming area and have been driving for $ the last couple of weekends.I have managed to generate about 60 properties now its time to do the work of sending out the yellow letters.I will keep updating my results here and if anyone would like to connect in Phoenix area , DM me and we can exchange ideas.

Does anyone know of any good neighborhoods preferably outside the DFW area where this could be possible.
