You are correct, with immediate concerns on education and poverty lines in Philadelphia but if you look at the Developments being announced and consistent job growth from College Graduate Retainage as well as Caddy Corner to DC and NYC.

Painted a whole doorknob white, siliconed a drywall corner (cant be painted), non-varied flooring planks running down a hallway, etc.His argument: It's a rental, only you are noticing these things, you aren't going to live here, who cares.

But I did it, I have my DUNS # (Free, but again, you have to pay them $$$$ to have anything positive show up on your report).So, I will go back to my bank once the report is all set up and filled up (6 months or so from now I hear), and hopefully all is well.It's insane, but hey, more power too them for cornering the market this way.

The second and most important reasons is that when hiring a vendor to enter a rental property you need the best of the best because this is one of your highest points of liability whether you manage the property yourself or not.A vendor reflect you and if they do not do good work, are not reliable or are hoping to cut corners it can have an impact on not only your final result, but also impact resident retention.I would find out why their is a significant price difference and then assess from there.
