Greetings, I am a new real estate investor with my first rental under my belt, and am currently strategizing on how to do another one.

I own my own company in the mid-west, and real estate is a way to diversify my portfolio and to provide residual cash flow.

I look forward to reading this forum, and have gained some very useful information already.
