I’m not just a REALTOR®, I’m a gardener and an avid cook, so this news isn’t resonating with me, as I prefer gas to electric cook tops.

I figure the cooktops would be easier cleanup + less cooking residue but I may detract from long-term renters in the case I keep things as long-term.

It works better than oil or WD40.

I’d say cooking is a passion for me. 

People who love cooking, love gas stoves.

This is my first rental and I'm debating on if I should do gasor electric heating and cooking.

It requires one who has a well oiled, time tested "machine" because those "leads" are just Opportunities, and they only translate into $$$$ is handled in a very precise, action-centric manner that turns them into such.

Just last week a 4/2 came on the market here that the yard was a construction type junk yard, didn’t appear to have vehicles where you’d have to worry about oil and fuel leaks and the house was kind of a hoarder situation but just old furniture and building stuff not like pet waste and terribly disgusting stuff.
