Surprisingly, they also weren't concerned to learn that the property had been foreclosed and that title had transferred (I guess this was news to them!) 

I have checked with the city about JADU related parking requirements, so that is not a concern. 

@Ravi Singh,I get the sense that your real concern is that you  wanted the second property to be consistent in titling with the LLC being on title either for lending or liability purposes. 

House is a bit shabby so we expect some repairs in a long run eg, boiler, hvacMy big concern are truly the value of the house and the area.

My concern is that with COVID changes are more students studying remotely and drying up the market for student housing?
