Price, Utah is a great small town ready to boom with the mine industry growing strong along with being the home to Utah State University, Eastern.

As i am new, and understand references are a powerful tool in this industry, I was curious if anyone knew of good investment oriented real estate agents that operate in/ close to my city.

As others have suggested LV is a great market, and really being hit by Coronavirus due to the nature of the industry.

Hello I am an investor friendly agent trying to connect with like minded people in the industry on the Eastern Shore of MD. 

I cannot think of one industry out there that doesn't have some form of wholesaling, so don't feel bad about what you are doing.
