If doubling the estimated time puts us over the "time budget" then we'll have a discussion on how to scale down the project (by simplifying the design, changing the size of a particular build, or switching to a faster-to-install material).

It takes a while to set up your accounts (not really designed for customization but you can get around that by renaming "other" expenses/assets/etc) but once that's done you're good to go.

In states that do not require judicial foreclosures, going to court and obtaining a judgement, the trustee simply follows proceedures, giving notices and publication as required, set a date for sale and goes to the palce designated and conducts the sale.
