I contacted my RE broker today and he is willing to work with only a 4% commission and will even go as low as 3% if he can find and represent a buyer as well.  

When I was applying for financing I used a Mortgage Broker. 

I have been studying very hard for about 5 years, full time, while being bedridden and I have about 30 years of construction management experience as well as having as real estate broker license for about 30 years and a college degree in business that emphasized real estate with honors and being born and raised in Dallas, Texas.I think all of that background qualifies this 62 year old to be listened to and believed fairly qualified when it comes to real estate and all of what I've said is just a part of my experience qualities. 

I am looking to move my investing over to Charleston, SC and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for Agents/Brokers in the area that they have worked with and had great experience with.

Some states view wholesaling as brokering without a license. 

I’m tired of talking to different companies and agents some of witch would not even get back to me or provide with a quote…Trying to find a new proffecional insurance broker with reasonable prices.

My dad was a broker and flipper before it was a thing.

However some brokers will also point you to a more affordable choice.Hope I helped !

You need to find a broker interested in sponsoring you allowing you doing investment for yourself.
