Insurance for small multifamily properties question

I’ve been using the same agent for a while but they cannot do all multifamily in Philadelphia. Because of their underwriter guide if the property has 3 units and more, every unit has to have an additional egress, which most property in Philly do not have. And they can not insure most of my properties now.

I’m tired of talking to different companies and agents some of witch would not even get back to me or provide with a quote…

Trying to find a new proffecional insurance broker with reasonable prices. Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated!
