Last week is prorated for days stayed.No inside furniture outside, I will get a ticket.No parking on the front lawn, you will get a ticket.No stray animals allowed inside, you will get fleas.Take the trash dumpster to the curb on the collection day.That's it.We shake hands, exchange money and receipts.

Good agents do that.Also remember Sellers perceptions are not reality many times.. sellers think things are great with their house when its a train wreck and vis a versa.. buyers especially with all the internet guru stuff are out there in droves trying to wholesale with no money.. a good agent can flesh that out and kick them to the curb like they should.

It's also somewhat of an art for a mortgage broker to match the property and the borrower to the best lender that is being aggressive for rates and terms and has a strong comfort level with that deal size, location, and product type.You can do a loan on your own but often when it is a one off without an established relationship it is easy for the lender to kick your loan to the curb when problems come up.
