At the time it was converted into apartments, there was a 26 x 24 single story addition built onto the back which houses a single car garage (former owner kept the snow blower/tractor here) and what use to be a common laundry room {units now have en-suite laundry).

Outside of gas and time you could get a lot of experience for $50-100.If you can get a deal under your belt then you can start investing more money into direct mail marketing, pay per click, etc

Water leak and repair time

The leak damaged the carpet, wood flooring in Kitchen and breakfastareas as well as much drywall. a few days after this, a restoration company came to cut out significant drywall, remove living room carpet and wood flooring, the did put plastic up to close off the areas until they came back to repair everything. 5 days after that a plumber came to repipe the leak. 3 days later, the restoration co. came to place 2 large dehumidifiers and to blowers to run 24 hrs per day for 3 days.
