What options do we have and how can we handle this situation without breaking any fair housing laws? 

I think the best way to handle this would be to tell them that you found out from the police that this situation is going on and that they have the power to seize your property, if this were to happen again.

I like to handle my transactions myself so these kind of things don't happen.

You can use the title company that gave you title insurance this time to handle the refinance.

The value is really just your client database, but in Ohio that technically belongs to the broker if they've created a brokerage relationship.Also, we're required to have the broker's logo at least as prominent as our name or other branding on the sign.  

If you do end up buying, then renting with option to buy, you should make sure you spell out how the repairs will be handled. 

Whatever the space, you need to make sure it aligns with your strategy, your plan, offers a hands free transparent relationship,that is going to be long-term and mutually beneficial.

Wow, but at the same time NC and SC pretty easy states.SC fastest is 21 days NC 30 days then if they leave stuff behind think it also 30 days to store their belonging.
