I plan on splitting between signing services and direct signings initially but plan to focus on obtaining direct signing business by partnering with escrow companies.

The deal looks good initially with a COC return of 13.33%. $500 pure cashflow is good.

While we were initially quite worried about the COVID shutdowns, all of our schools offered in person learning over the last academic year. 

If you sell after a couple years of payments for $75k then profit is anything over that initial $60k cost (sands any other expenses/fees just keep it simple).
