I'm sure you don't like paying retail (full price) for your clothing, so why would you pay full retail for something like a HOUSE?

Our first house, first baby, and 3 moves later I am still trying to learn all I can so that I can finally buy my first probably hopefully within the next 2 years.

Shortly after I found out I was going to be a dad to a beautiful baby girl!

In the last 5 months, she's already had claims paid out for the clothes dryer and dishwasher. 

In my area, we've had a couple of very severe nit pickers (one got rejected for peeling paint on a metal clothes line) and others frankly give anything the thumbs up.

For some background on that deal my wife and I are new to real estate investing, and we were working to find a way to make it so that she could continue to stay home with our new baby which is why I turned to real estate.

The service technician also identified that the big main wire (I'm not an electrician) coming from the exterior main panel to the interior sub-panel was some old cloth jacketed wire that doesn't meet current code.

But we have a baby, and like to save $$$ so everyone is different.

Do not use your balcony as storage or to dry clothes.
