If you would have pressure washed the driveway, and did a little landscaping for $500 - you might have saved yourself $1,500 and been out of the house 2 months earlier.

All these homes are in southeast Georgia, all center townhouses in an HOA community where a monthly fee I pay covers pressure washing, lawn care and access to some neighborhood amenities. 

She didn't break the washing machine, you're concerned that it "might" break.

I don't like the idea of leaving raised beds because the next tenant may not be a gardener & then you have a weed patch. 

Maybe go wash their cars?

Emails such as an announcement that on this day and time the washer is being replaced and plan on no washing in the morning, or that day there will be pressure washing of the driveway between 9am-11am please move your vehicle etc...and Jack in the past always respond with a quick thank you for letting us know reply.I never asked Jill where Jack is.

Sadly, you might need to explain to them how to use a washing machine and how much stuff you can put in it.

We always handwash our dishes and use the drying rack because the dishwasher never thoroughly washed the dishes when I originally moved in.

But, I never let them use their deposits for rent.I think @Marcia Maynard is in WA.  She
