I find quickbooks and many of the other software solutions to be a bit overbearing to work with, as they're made more for a large group of people interacting with it.

What if recession hits sooner than anticipated, do you have the funds to cover for it if the investment stops paying dividends. 

My staff handles the guest interactions, issues that arise, etc.

I would use it as justification if there ever were a claim of discrimination, as I keep a well-documented paper trail of an applicant's interactions and conduct throughout the process.

But at the end of the day they usually have their business or website info on their sig line.then you have your landlords like yourself.. that are on here I suppose for the social interaction and like to maybe help other investors and have no specific desire or need for raising capital or selling anything. the Founder of RS is starting up another deal.. seems to be a fund to fund deal.. more wholesale if you will..
