Couldnt find the Phone Number of the owner

There was a quit claim from husband to wife back in 20124. did a skip trace for phone numbers and I believe the property owner is dead5. trustee information is a law firm6. from what I can see there is very high equity in the property.I spoke with a neighbor and he told me it was a nasty divorce situation and the house has been abandoned for years.

@Ben Tate I have had a couple phone calls were I had to tell people the breed was restricted.

Make sure to do some screening over the phone when they call.

Tax records should give you mailing addresses at the least, and in some municipalities phone numbers - even if you were a licensee, disclosure of that license would be all that's required.Good luck!

It is extremely clear that I am a person not a company (some people care about that) and that I'm looking to purchase their home should they wish to sell in the future.I give them every single possible way to contact me, including my home address, my phone number and my email addresses.

You will spend a lot of time calling around but you will find one if you spend enough time on the phone.
