@Jay @Jay Hinrichs there are really bad places in Tacoma, but generally its mostly drugs, not TOO much violence there, But there are REALLY nice places in tacoma too like University Place, North Tacoma and even the hilltop area is moving towards a nice C+ community.

You have to have the universe on your side. 

My ears were ringing.I doubt there are any attorneys who specialize in note partials because frankly they are a made up segment of guru note talks not a major part of the real life note universe.
