Equity is hard to grow here as the market is slow to move in any direction.

While I have decided to slow down investing locally due the oil price drop surely there would be folks who have advice on what to do in these situations and have gone through this cycle before. 

He further says that while housing is slowly improving, income growth is also slow. 

Currently listed to sell in a slow moving market.

If you can succeed on your own, that's even better but the program is there to accelerate your education within investing and much more. 

So who knows what will happen which is why I take a slow and steady cash flow approach to my investing.

Be careful getting too far out on the edges of town, they take longer to rent. could mean 2+ months vacancy in slow cycles.

It can be a slow process but the road to financial freedom is not an easy one.
