First THREE Deals

A huge thanks to the Bigger Pockets community and the BP Podcast for providing so much information and support that led be to get my first three deals completed in 2015. I want to share these stories with others on this site that may be wondering if it is possible or what some deals look like.  My success so far is really just an extension of the teachers and Forum posters that I have learned from.  Thanks again!

Deal 1 (3/30):  Newer 3/2 ranch purchased from hoarders who could not list it.  Did not require much rehab. Currently listed to sell in a slow moving market.  Multiple profitable exit strategies if it doesn't have an offer in the next two weeks.

Deal 2 (4/1):  Older 3/2 ranch purchased from aging investor.  Needed fair amount of rehab.  Contract within 48 hours of listing, set to close May 27.  Projected profit of $17,508.

Deal 3 (4/28):  Unfinished custom home on 6 acres.  Listed it on Marketplace and had no attention.  Purchased for $100K, Sold on May 1 for $160K.  Realized profit of $59,436.04

In addition to these deals I have several more in the pipeline and people have been coming out of the woodwork to partner and invest on what I do next.  Take your next step!
