Optimizing cash flow is ideal, however, usually you want to do that in the way that you buy and the price that you pay for the property.

I think someone did buy it.It's not optimal for retail that much.You run into retail centers in sub optimal locations or design features with layout so they attract the office and warehouse type renter crowd at lower per sq ft rates.
